Preparing Civil Society Organizations In Responding Post Traumatic Institutional Stress During Disaster
Two days training workshops for civil society organizations in Gandaki Provience was completed. There were total of 30 participants representing different civil society organizations who are connected with the work of different disaster and disaster related program. There were the participants from Syangja, Rupandehi and Kaski who are the civil society organizations working in communities.
The participants appreciated the workshop very much. They discussed the underlying causes and key issues of human resource management as well as to explore its strategies during disaster. They reflected on the post traumatic institutional stress and its management in harnessing CSOs’ human capital and secure institutional knowledge from disappearance.
